The Nashvillle Area Garden Railroaders have negotiated room blocks with discounted room rates per night at several local hotels near the James E. Ward Agricultural Center. Below are the hotels offering discounted room rates. Use the links below to make reservations. Most hotels are requiring on-line registrations to get the discounted room rates. Be sure to read the cancellation policy for the hotel before booking rooms. Because there are a limited number of rooms in the block at each hotel, it is recommended to book hotel rooms early. The Country Music Association (CMA) Music Festival is the week following the convention and there will be high demand for hotel rooms in the Nashville metro area. Unsold hotel rooms will be released on May 1, 2027.
